Answered on Dec 10, 2010. Hi It may not be showing the option of Photoshop or Acrobat may be due to some changes done in the scanning configurations. Go to Control Panel- Add or Remove programs/Programs and Features- Select HP scan tools option- right click on the icon, select Change/Repair or select from the Change option on top of the screen- Now it will go to HP scan tools setup- from there select if any options are disabled.
However, if you are unable to see the options even after you have done the changes then you'll need to re-install the HP scan tools software. Make sure that you restart the Computer before re-installing the HP scan tools software. In case if you don't have the Installation Disk, you can downlaod the setup from this link- Please post back for any further assistance. If you are satisfied please do accept the solution.
